What I Do
In my journey the as an organizer in the world of music, I was able to identify with people who were victims of perfectionism, abuse, bullying, disappointment, and discouragement whose minds and behaviors are unknowingly controlled by those stories. In my sessions we define and explore the barrierskeeping clients from acknowledging their own individual needs and beliefs. We also gain clarity on the client’s aspirations, so that what they build, create, or produce reflects their beliefs and values.
Individual Coaching
When people collaborate with me, we focus on creating solutions based on the client’s values. I coach transformative sessions for people to be seen, heard, supported, and understood. I ask serious questions as we uncover fears, doubts, and hinderances to achieving your goals. Together we can define your struggles and gain clarity on how to move past obstacles through authentic communication yourself and others. I offer 4 month and 6-month terms to work with me.
